It is particularly beneficial forsurfaces exposed to shade, humidity, or vegetation, where organic growth is common. Surface integrity is assessed before treatment to ensure suitability.

Yes. We tailor pressure settings and chemical dosages based on roof material, slope, and age. Soft-washing prevents tile dislodgement, avoids coating abrasion, and preserves gutter linings or seal points. All roof cleans are conducted under fall-safe protocols and only in dry weather conditions for safety.

Yes. We use biodegradable cleaning agents specifically formulated for external surfaces. These agents are diluted to safe ratios, applied in accordance with MSDS guidelines, and neutralised post-treatment where necessary. Surrounding plants, drains, and surfaces are protected using water barriers or rinse-down methods.

Yes. Unlike basic rinsing, soft-wash chemicals treat the source of organic build-up — killing spores and inhibiting regrowth for several months. For shaded or moisture-prone structures, periodic treatments can be scheduled to prevent recurrence and maintain clean, compliant presentation.

Yes. Soft-washing is safe for areas with signage, exterior lighting, antenna bases, and conduit. We shield delicate fixtures and avoid dislodgement by using directional flow techniques and surface-safe brush tools. Fixtures are visually checked and repositioned if shifted during service.

We follow full WHS requirements: ladder safety, roof access control, chemical PPE, exclusion zone signage, and weather monitoring. All operatives are trained and certified in chemical use and fall prevention. Safety data sheets and job safety assessments are prepared in advance.

A standard residential roof or façade takes between 2–6 hours depending on surface size, slope, condition, and water access. Commercial or multi-surface sites may take longer. Timing is confirmed during site quote, and service is only conducted in safe weather conditions.

No. Plants and soil are pre-wet and shielded during chemical application. Where runoff is expected, we direct water away from sensitive vegetation and rinse thoroughly after treatment. We take special care with elevated garden zones, shared boundaries, and porous ground materials.

Yes. All soft-wash jobs include pre-clean documentation, surface risk notes, and after-clean photographs. These can be used for maintenance records, audit logs, or strata reporting. On request, we can also provide a soft-wash certificate noting products used and date of treatment.
