Yes. We provide documented logs of daily service, SDS records, task sign-offs, access clearance, WHS forms, and hazard control plans. All records are prepared for internal audits, ISO inspections, landlord compliance checks, or client-facing logistics documentation as required.

We allocate fixed teams to high-security or process-specific sites. Replacement staff receive the same induction, PPE briefings, and floor layout training. This ensures full continuity even during absences and avoids introducing unknown personnel into sensitive or restricted logistics environments.

Yes. External cleaning includes dock roller doors, bay number signs, access gates, staff entries, carpark bollards, and external footpaths. These are scheduled based on exposure levels, weather conditions, and public visibility. Cleaning frequency is reviewed per site maintenance plan.
