All waste — including leaves, sludge, seedpods, and roof moss — is collected, bagged, and disposed of offsite unless otherwise arranged. If required, biological matter can be photographed for pest or maintenance reporting. Clean-up is included in the quoted service.

Yes. Where access allows, we can clean glass-based solar panels and skylights using soft waterfed poles or sponge systems. This improves light access and energy efficiency. Please advise during booking so access and timing can be confirmed.
For most commercial or multi-tenant buildings, we recommend quarterly or biannual servicing depending on tree coverage, roof slope, and stormwater design. Sites surrounded by foliage or prone to pooling may require more frequent checks and documentation.
