We use extension tools, high-reach ladders, and anchor-compatible systems where ladder access is limited. All sites are reviewed for edge clearance, anchor points, and obstruction risks. Where safe access is not viable, we may recommend roof plumber referral or camera inspection only.

All waste — including leaves, sludge, seedpods, and roof moss — is collected, bagged, and disposed of offsite unless otherwise arranged. If required, biological matter can be photographed for pest or maintenance reporting. Clean-up is included in the quoted service.

Yes. We use non-abrasive tools and soft attachments near painted surfaces or brittle cladding. Gutter scoops, cloth-safe brushes, and glide-safe applicators are used to avoid scratching or dislodging materials. Surfaces are gently flushed to confirm downpipe drainage flow.

Yes. We test cleared gutters with controlled water flow to ensure blockage-free drainage through the full downpipe system. If water fails to exit correctly, we advise the client and can inspect downpipe entry for deeper blockage, using non-invasive methods.

Yes. All staff carry valid working-at-heights certification, are fully insured, and follow our internal WHS protocols including ladder safety, PPE, exclusion zones, and weather-based scheduling. Safety documentation can be provided for compliance and asset manager records.

Yes. Where access allows, we can clean glass-based solar panels and skylights using soft waterfed poles or sponge systems. This improves light access and energy efficiency. Please advise during booking so access and timing can be confirmed.

For most commercial or multi-tenant buildings, we recommend quarterly or biannual servicing depending on tree coverage, roof slope, and stormwater design. Sites surrounded by foliage or prone to pooling may require more frequent checks and documentation.

Yes. We provide before-and-after photographs, water testing notes, gutter status reports, and full checklists for record-keeping or contractor compliance. These are especially useful for asset registers, tenant reports, or maintenance forecasting under strata plans.
